Jim Root

1/3 of the Three Man Weave, a part of Action Network's college basketball content team. Having fun on a CBB-specific site and podcast for 6+ years. Former CPA who realized being a CPA is not fun.

Jim worked in the accounting/finance industry for six years, three at EY and three at LSC Communications. He eventually quit to work in sports, moving to Las Vegas to bet and work on Three Man Weave full-time.

Jim graduated from the University of Missouri with a Masters of Accountancy degree. He worked at the campus rec center and played pickup basketball there whenever possible.
