Check out my favorite NHL Game 6 best bets for Sunday, as the Knights look to eliminate the Oilers in Edmonton.
NHL Player Props for Sunday, May 14
Connor McDavid Anytime Goalscorer -105, Multi-Goal Game +520,
Golden Knights vs. Oilers | Oilers -182 |

While it was hidden by the losing result in Game 5, the game's best player, Connor McDavid, had one of the most impressive games of his career.
McDavid made some incredible plays at both ends of the ice and broke through with two important tallies, including this beauty in the video above. He played a ridiculous 25:13 of time on ice and looked to generate offense in all situations.
With the Oilers' season on the line tonight, we can safely expect McDavid to play a boatload of minutes, and I'll bet he finds a way to hit the scoresheet.
He's scored 17 goals in his last 33 playoff games. In the vast majority of those, Edmonton's implied team total was not nearly as high as it is tonight with the Oilers priced as -180 favorites in a game with a total of 6.5.
Backing McDavid in this spot is fun and very logical. His anytime goal will likely be the most bet player prop of the night, but I have to agree with the public. -105 is a very playable number to get involved with a fun wager.
Pick: McDavid Anytime Goalscorer |
Evan Bouchard Anytime Goalscorer +500, Over 2.5 Shots on Goal +106
Golden Knights vs. Oilers | Oilers -182 |
Puck Drop | 10 p.m. ET |
Best Line | FanDuel |
The case for this one is simple. Evan Bouchard has scored four playoff goals in his first 11 playoff games this season, and I believe he would not score at a drastically lower rate over a larger sample.
Bouchard's incredible recent production is not a fluke. He has tremendous shooting abilities and is the quarterback of Edmonton's incredible first power play unit, which is the best role to maximize his skillset. It seems the fit has only gotten better and better as the Oilers have adjusted to him playing in the place of Tyson Barrie.
Expect Bouchard to continue firing away at will tonight.
He's also recorded five multi-point games already this postseason. Backing him to record two points tonight at +285 is another very logical option.
Pick: Bouchard Anytime Goalscorer |
