I'm going to go a little bit chalky here and take AJ Brown to score a touchdown at +160.
Brown is playing at such a high level right now. He scored four touchdowns in his last six games of the regular season, and this a great matchup for him, facing a 49ers team that likely has the worst defense remaining in the playoffs.
The 49ers rank 26th in DVOA vs. the pass, and ever since Nick Bosa went down with an injury in Week 3, they've had the 2nd-lowest pressure rate in the league.
Jalen Hurts should have a pretty clean pocket to throw the ball throughout this game, less reason for him to take off and scramble, which could help boost those pass attempts.
The 49ers' offense is also certainly capable of putting up points against a tough Eagles defense, which could turn this game into a bit of a shootout.
I'm projecting Brown's odds to score a TD around +145 in this game.

This will likely be his toughest matchup of the season, but I’m going to continue betting on 49ers WR Jauan Jennings to score a touchdown
I’ve bet him to score in each of the last nine games; he’s rewarded me with a winner seven times.
Jennings will likely be shadowed by Eagles cornerback Quinyon Mitchell for portions of the game, but with the way the 49ers have been effective on third and fourth down this season, I trust QB Brock Purdy to target Jennings in 1-on-1 situations, which is what we want despite Mitchell's presence.
Jennings has nearly been matchup proof with decent metrics against both man and zone defense. The price is also a factor here –he's over +200 for his anytime touchdown odds when he should be around +175.
