Looked healthy in Rd 1 - played 34 mins. Before he got banged up in the Big10 tourney, he was over in 11/L12, and averaged 26.5 PRA overall in conference play. USU is nothing special defensively, and play relatively fast (67th in Def eff, 108 in pace, per KenPom). They’re talking a big game about getting physical with Edey - while he should still get his numbers, opposing high usage lead guards have hurt USU in conference play this season. I like o7.5 assists slightly more than o11.5 points, if you are playing one stat line.

Utah State has gotten blown out by far inferior teams than Purdue.

This could be $500 or $200 you’ll never know. (it’s 500😭)

You know I love Osobor, but this is a brutal spot for him. Edey shuts off the paint, and Osobor really doesn’t score outside the paint. FEB+MAR, Purdue has been well below national avg in opp FGA in the paint. Purdue also ranks 32nd in opp off rebound% and 4th in opp fouls per possession. Going to be tough for Osobor to avoid fouls and get enough quality shots.
