Experience

Samantha is a fantasy analyst and multi-platform content creator for Action who covers all things NFL and provides data-informed fantasy football advice.

After college (and abandoning her goal of becoming a doctor), she began her career in political consulting and joined her first fantasy football league -- though her passion for sports roots much deeper than that. As a child raised in New England, Samantha was an avid (and insufferable) Yankees fan who dreamed of being the next John Sterling. She pretended to commentate games, saved her allowance all year for the MLB package, begged her parents to take her to spring training and owned a life-size cutout of Derek Jeter.

While working as the director of analytics at The New York Post, Samantha began moonlighting on the sports desk as a hobby. She gained recognition after delving into the TikTok space in 2020 and joined Action shortly after.

Samantha hosts Action’s Fantasy Flex podcast every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. She contributes to Convince Me! live on Sunday mornings, weekly on KOA Colorado (AM 850) and frequently on SiriusXM Fantasy.

When she is not tilting over lineup decisions or a Byron Pringle receiving yards total, you can find her on Twitter @SamanthaNFL, on TikTok/Instagram @sprevite or climbing, skiing or snowboarding in the high Rockies.

Education

Samantha graduated from McGill University with a joint degree in biology and math. She wields her lifelong passion for math and sports to digest/analyze data and distill insights into actionable fantasy football and betting advice.

Betting Highlights
Favorite Bet of All-Time
(fantasy moment) A Monday night miracle last year overcoming a 70-point deficit thanks to my Josh Allen-Stefon Diggs stack to win the championship in the league I've been playing in the longest.
Most Heartbreaking Bet
(fantasy beat) Losing in the first round of the playoffs after going 12-1 because Stephen Gostkowski -- one of the most accurate kickers at the time -- missed a field goal and my league deducts six points for every missed kick.
