The Braves are continuing to stretch out Joey Wentz as a starter, and he’s been better than his 5.02 ERA indicates (3.89 xERA, 4.59 xFIP), as shown by his six shutout innings against the Royals in his most recent start.

Brewers' starting pitcher Freddy Peralta is having command issues, walking seven batters with a 92 Location+ mark over his past two starts against the Cubs and Dodgers.
