MLB Home Run Picks for June 9

Header First Logo

James Wood (+500)

vs Rangers (SP: RHP Jacob deGrom)

Header Trailing Logo

Apparently the Jacob deGrom name is still valued a little too highly by the books.

The Rangers' right-hander hasn't been bad this season, but he's given up a ton of bombs to lefties.

James Wood is one of the best HR hitters in the league and getting him at these odds is just silly, in my opinion.

Red Sox vs Yankees Prediction, Pick, Odds for Saturday, June 7 Image

Wyatt Langford (+400)

at Nationals (SP: LHP Mitchell Parker)

Header Trailing Logo

The odds are good on Wyatt Langford, and the spot is, too.

The weather is great for hitting over in Washington, with temps in the 80s and good humidity.

The matchup against Nationals lefty Mitchell Parker is a plus one for power.

I have the true odds around +350.

Aaron Judge (+285)

vs Red Sox (SP: LHP Garrett Crochet)

Header Trailing Logo

I almost never bet on Aaron Judge, but the odds are good enough to pull the trigger.

Red Sox ace Garrett Crochet has been great this season, and he's been a below-average matchup for righty power, but in his career, he's been only a slightly below-average matchup for right-handed hitters.

The weather is average, and we are getting the best HR hitter in the league at close to +300 odds.

Lawrence Butler (+400)

vs Orioles (SP: RHP Charlie Morton)

Header Trailing Logo

Lawrence Butler has been good this season, and lately he's had multiple balls hit off the top of the wall so the bombs should be coming soon.

The matchup against Orioles veteran Charlie Morton is a plus one for power, and the weather over in Sacramento is fantastic for hitting, with temps in the 80s and winds blowing out at 10 mph.

I have the true odds around +325 for Butler.
