Our luck finally broke Wednesday, with a 3-1 day bringing our season record up to 66-50 for just under 13 units of profit.

Unfortunately, it's tough to ride that momentum into Thursday's small five-game slate.

However, I was able to find a pick during the early window of games.

Starting Pitchers: Carlos Rodon vs. Kyle Bradish

This is among the strongest projected YRFIs we've had.

Carlos Rodon enters Thursday's matchup with an excellent 2.48 ERA. Still, his expected FIP is nearly double that mark, so he's due for some negative regression, which should come in a hitter-friendly ballpark against a strong Orioles lineup.

Conversely, Kyle Bradish makes his return from injury for the Orioles.

The game projects well using his 2023 numbers, but he's sure to be rusty, given he's making his first start since last October. That's scary when facing Juan Soto and Aaron Judge in the first inning.

We also have a nine-run total, so all signs point toward YRFI on Thursday afternoon.
