Dabo Swinney and Garrett Riley have figured things out. The Tigers have averaged 55 points per game across their past three.
However, Florida State will prove a tougher test.
Cade Klubnik has improved mightily in Year 2 with Riley. At the same time, freshman receiver Bryant Wesco Jr. has broken out as a deep threat and sophomore wideout Antonio Williams looks healthy after missing most of last season. The Tigers rank 37th nationally in Pass Success Rate.
However, Phil Mafah and Co. rank 69th in Rush Success Rate. That said, Clemson runs a pass-happy offense, ranking 26th in pass rate, which helps set up emptier boxes for Mafah or Klubnik on keepers.
Clemson's defense hasn't been as dominant since former coordinator Brent Venables darted to Oklahoma. The Tigers are allowing nearly 26 points per game while ranking 100th nationally in Success Rate allowed and 101st in Explosiveness allowed. The defensive line has played OK, with the Tigers ranking 42nd in Havoc behind a plus-six Turnover margin.
Florida State Football Betting Preview
Mike Norvell's team finally won a game after taking down Cal two weeks ago. But the Seminoles followed that up with another blowout loss, this time against SMU in Dallas.
Norvell's transfer-laden roster has struggled mightily. Florida State needs this win to save a lost season.
The offense has looked disastrous under Uiagalelei, who has thrown more interceptions than touchdowns this year. The Tigers average 15.6 points per game while ranking 121st in Success Rate.
That said, perhaps Glenn will provide a spark. He's 19-for-51 lifetime in his collegiate career, but at least nobody has film on him!
Coach Norvell's defense was excellent last year, but the Seminoles lost too much in the offseason, and the transfers haven't hit. They're allowing 25.6 points per game while ranking 106th in Success Rate allowed, struggling equally against the run and the pass.

Neither defense is playing well, but only one offense has produced consistent offense.
Klubnik and Clemson are rolling. He and the offense should continue that trend, even on the road.
