If we look at the hourly breakdown specifically, the chances of rain bounce between 32-42% from 1 p.m. ET to 4 p.m. ET.
Wind speeds of 18-20 mph and gusts between 32-34 mph are in the forecast as well, which could make it difficult for both quarterbacks and kickers during today's game.
