Sean Treppedi

Sean is a commercial content writer and editor for Action Network, writing news stories pertaining to affiliate promotions and how they can be used strategically to bet on daily sporting events. He writes daily sports betting coverage on the NHL, NFL, MLB, and NCAAF for Action's media partnerships, such as the New York Post and Philadelphia Inquirer. 

Sean’s writing career began as a copywriter for various brands and industries while he contributed work to online sports outlets, primarily covering NHL within the FanSided network. He also covered high school sports around New Jersey as a freelance sports reporter. In 2020, Sean began at the New York Post as a sports copywriter helping create a new premium sports journalism membership, Post Sports+. He began with Action Network in 2022.

Sean attended Quinnipiac University where he graduated in 2017 with a degree in print journalism and a minor in sports studies. He wrote for The Quinnipiac Chronicle while hosting sports segments on WQAQ 98.1 and worked as a media intern for One World Sports. Sean won an Edward R. Murrow Journalism Award for Hard News in 2016 for contributions to a student piece for WTNH News 8.
