Tough matchup on paper, but Gore did K 10 Mets earlier this season. He’s over this line in 6/7 starts showing a big time ability to miss bats. Expecting some regression from his last start as the Mets are now more familiar, but have him in the 6-7 range. All 7 righties in the Mets lineup have a K% of 20+% vs LHP this season. Gore was able to get Nimmo twice in their first matchup as well. Mets offense is in the bottom third in most hitting categories vs lefties as well - I’m confident in Gore being able to pitch deeper into the game.
