Bulls do allow 2nd most assists and rebounds per game so it’s a good matchup for him, but projections have him at 34 minutes and 10.25 rebounds and assists. I have him projected closer to 9

Giddey has hit this line in the last 2 games, having LaVine gone has elevated his playmaking duties. Giddey has also hit this in both matchups against PHI this year averaging 17.5 RA against them

The Sixers play the Bulls on Monday and look to be at a crossroads with their season given the latest updates surrounding Joel Embiid’s knee. I think it is highly unlikely that Embiid plays in this one with Joel and the team contemplating further opinions (see also, tanking). When Embiid has sat, Oubre has been awesome. Over his last 10 games without Embiid, he is averaging 27.8 PR and hit this in 8/10. This is a great matchup against Chicago as well. They play at the third-fastest Pace in the league and they surrender the second-most rebounds per game to their opponents. Oubre has seen a significant bump to his Usage lately and he can score at every level effectively. He has been a solid option for the Sixers and with Maxey (Q) also on the report, it’s possible he sees an even greater share of the Usage than I’m currently projecting.
