We have reached Game 4 of the NBA Finals and patterns are starting to emerge on both side of this matchup. For the Denver Nuggets, their two stars are putting up spectacular numbers offensively. The Miami Heat are getting balanced scoring, but one star player stands out in particular.
My two player props today will focus on two of the best players on both teams. Here's a look at the bets I'm making for Nuggets vs. Heat Game 4.
NBA Player Props & Picks
Bam Adebayo, Over 34.5 PTS + REB + AST (-125)
Spread | Nuggets: -3.5 |
Time | TV | 8:30 p.m. ET | ABC |
Best Line | BetMGM |
The Miami Heat have one consistent player who has produced in the NBA Finals: Bam Adebayo. Thus far in this series, Adebayo is averaging 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 4 assists. Adebayo has gone over this points, rebounds and assists prop in two of the three games thus far in the NBA Finals.
Adebayo has found success in this series with a matchup advantage against Nikola Jokic. In the Finals, Adebayo is averaging 40 minutes per game and 20 shot attempts per game. As a result, Adebayo has been the most consistent player for the Miami Heat thus far.
If the Miami Heat are going to tie up this series, they will need Adebayo to remain a focal point on the offensive end of the floor. Furthermore, Adebayo has done a great job rebounding the basketball for the Heat. In fact, Adebayo has a total of 39 rebounds in this series, and 10 of those are offensive rebounds.
I believe this projection is still too low for Adebayo as a player who is playing 40 minutes per game and getting up 20 shot attempts per game. I will take the Over and I like this prop up to 36.5.

Jamal Murray, Over 7.5 Assists (-130)
Best Line | BetMGM |
Jamal Murray is averaging 10 assists per game thus far in the NBA Finals. Murray has dished out exactly 10 assists in each of the first three games of the NBA Finals. The Heat's defensive plan appears to be to slow down Murray and let Jokic score at will.
As a result, Murray has notched 10 assists per game for Nuggets. According to NBA Advanced Stats, Murray is averaging 18 potential assists per game for the Nuggets. The assists opportunities have been there and will continue to be there for him. Despite the shooters struggling for the Nuggets in Games 2 and 3, Murray has been able to find his teammates in fast-break opportunities and for easy baskets in the half-court offense.
The offensive game plan has found success for the Nuggets, and I expect Murray to continue to flourish on offense.
