The UNLV Rebels, with Barry Odom at the helm in 2023, were close to a 10-win season. The Rebels went 9-3 and played in the Mountain West Championship Game against Boise State.

Now, under a second year with Odom, the Rebels have a chance to build on last season and compete for a MWC Championship. 

Here’s how you can bet on UNLV this season, and some key things to know.

UNLV Rebels Point Spreads

Here’s how a Rebels spread might look:

• UNLV +1.5 (-110)
• Houston -1.5 (-110)

If the Rebels win 24-21, they’re winners ATS, since they need to win or lose by one point to cash spread tickets. Houston, on the other hand, can cover with a win by more than two points.

UNLV Rebels Over/Unders

The Rebels had a top-50 total offense in 2023 which could make overs a good play on Rebels games in 2024.

Oddsmakers set the total at how many points they think will be scored, so it could be 54.5 for a game against Houston, for example. If you took the under, a 28-20 final means your bet pays off no matter who wins the game. If you bet over, you’d need there to be at least 55 points scored between the two teams.
