Available at FanDuel. It's fair to be skeptical of Brandon Williamson (the Reds' starter). I think we may need to be equally skeptical of Noah Syndergaard at this point. He has struggled all year. He has tried to correct those struggles by using more curveballs in his past six starts, but it hasn't worked. His SIERA has actually gone up to 4.98 in that stretch. That doesn't even account for all of his issues with suppressing base-runners (he has allowed 16 stolen bases this year, and the Dodgers have let up more steals than any other team in baseball). The Reds are willing to run, especially now that Elly De La Cruz is up. The Dodgers should be favored here, but with the Reds' implied win odds at just 41.0%, they're a value relative to the market.
