It was unclear whether Filipowski had injured his ankle, his knee or both during the court storm, as he and Duke head coach Jon Scheyer reported different injuries.
Duke is favored by 20.5 points at home against Louisville tonight at most sportsbooks, while some books have started to move the line to 21.
Duke opened as a 20-point favorite in the game, and it appears that bookmakers and handicappers already assumed Filipowski would play, as the line has not moved much.
Filipowski is one of the best big men in the nation, averaging 16.9 points and 8.2 rebounds per game.
After the loss to the Demon Deacons, the Duke big man accused Wake Forest fans of intentionally trying to injure him while they were storming the court.
"I absolutely feel like it was personal," Filipowski told reporters. "Intentional for sure. Like I said, there's no reason where they see a big guy like me trying to work his way off the court and they can't just work around me. There's no excuse for that."
