Over 75.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

Cometh the hour, cometh the man and come this, the Cowboys' first game of the new season, I’m expecting them to rely on their best offensive player, CeeDee Lamb. He may have Brandin Cooks lining up alongside him now, a player who can take the lid off of the defense, but it’s Lamb who is the A-side here.
His receiving yards line for the game sits at 70.5 and although there’s more competition in the WR room, I still think he’ll go over this line.
It’s not an exact science, but he went over 70.5 yards on 11 occasions last season and had a combined 184 yards in both games against the Giants last year.

Daniel Jones
Over 30.5 Rushing Yards (-130)

At this point, we all know about the rushing ability of Daniel Jones. Last year, he rushed for a career high of 708 yards, averaging 5.9 yards per attempt. It was hugely effective for the Giants, however, we have to accept that his rushing was partly due to the lack of talent on the roster, which saw the team seemingly over rely on his feet.
I’m expecting an effort to lower his rushing attempts this year, especially with the arrival of Darren Waller, who is a great fit for Jones.
However, against the defensive front of the Cowboys, I think Jones will be forced to scramble often during this game. That should increase the probability of us hitting the over.

Tony Pollard
Over 68.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

The keys to the Cowboys' ground game have finally been handed over to Tony Pollard, who had been the best running back on the roster for a number of years before the team inevitably moved on from Ezekiel Elliott.
Last year’s 1,007 yards came at 5.2 yards per carry — I’m expecting him to get a lot of work here. A look at the Cowboys depth chart shows Rico Dowdle and the tiny Deuce Vaughn backing up Pollard.
I’m not sold on either as being able to turn this backfield into an RB by committee, which should mean a game with 15+ carries for Pollard, in which I’ll take the over on rushing yards at 68.5.

Daniel Bellinger
Anytime Touchdown (+650)

This is the most speculative play of my picks for SNF and one I’d suggest keeping low stakes. Even before the news around Darren Waller’s hamstring broke, I’ve been looking at Daniel Bellinger as somebody who can exceed expectations this season.
Bellinger was brilliant when called upon last year as a rookie. Although Waller has arrived, and will easily be the No. 1 TE option, if not the team’s overall No. 1 option, I see Bellinger as somebody who will still see the field often.
He was legitimately very good before his freak eye injury last year, and with the team still suffering from a lack of pass-catching options, I think they’ll look to use Bellinger’s big frame even when Waller is at 100%.
With Waller’s health being an issue, I am happy to have a low stakes gamble on Bellinger finding the end zone.
