Ravens vs. Buccaneers is on tap for Saturday night at Raymond James Stadium, and I have a pick for this NFL preseason tilt.
Baltimore, of course, enters this game on the heels of a loss to the Commanders, which ended the greatest dynasty in the history of (preseason) sports. Can the Ravens bounce back in the Week 3 preseason finale against the Bucs?
I’ll take a look at Ravens vs. Buccaneers odds and make a betting pick below.
Baker Mayfield will start at quarterback for Tampa Bay and is expected to play a half. He was sharp in a brief appearance against the Steelers in Week 1, completing 8-of-9 passes for 63 yards and a touchdown. Tristan Wirfs, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are expected to play with Mayfield.
Kyle Trask is expected to play the second half. He is coming off a strong showing against the Jets, completing 20-of-28 passes for 218 yards and a touchdown.
Josh Johnson is in line to start for the Ravens. He has completed 18-of-24 passes for 190 yards, with three touchdowns and one interception this preseason.
Anthony Brown will likely play the second half. He is averaging just 2.6 yards per attempt this preseason, but has been strong as a runner.

Betting Picks & Predictions
Given that Mayfield and the Bucs starters will be up against Ravens backups for an entire half, it's pretty interesting the number is so low, especially after Baltimore showed its not invincible in the preseason.
At the same time, this is the Ravens we're talking about. As a preseason underdog, they are 17-5 (77%) ATS under John Harbaugh, covering by 8.11 points per game. This marks the first time the Ravens are a preseason 'dog since closing +1 at Miami on Aug. 25, 2018. The Ravens won that game, 27-10.
I'm not seeing the first-half spread listed at any book at the time of writing, but I would be interested if it ends up posting at Bucs -1 or less.
The Ravens are 3-6 ATS in the first half over their last nine preseason games and have been down at the half in both of their games this preseason.
Lean: T.B. 1H spread (-1 or less; bet365)
