The number in parenthesis after each pick is my confidence rating out of 10. I feel much better about the Underdog plays tonight than what PrizePicks is offering.

Between Underdog Fantasy and PrizePicks, I entered Saturday at 36-10 on my picks this preseason.

Devine Ozigbo

More Than 23.5 Rushing Yards (10)

The Lions are thin at running back, so Ozigbo, Benny Snell and Craig Reynolds may be the only active running backs with Mohamed Ibrahim and Jermar Jefferson banged up and David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs expected to rest. Oh, and Reynolds is banged up, too.

Ozigbo could see 10 or more rushing attempts here. I'm projecting him for closer to 35.5 rushing yards.

Pick: Devine Ozigbo More Than 23.5 Rushing Yards (10)

Tank Bigsby

Less Than 37.5 Rushing Yards (8)

You have to love preseason, because the reason I like Bigsby's under is because he's too good.

Bigsby mixed in with the starters last week, specifically in short-yardage situations. I can see the Jags looking to get him more of that kind of work and a handful of touches, but he's clearly set to form a running back by committee with Travis Etienne this season. I expect Bigsby to be handled with more care than other rookie RBs because of that.

Bigsby can clear this based on talent, but I have him seeing around 6.5 rush attempts for 28.5 rushing yards.

Pick: Tank Bigsby Less Than 37.5 Rushing Yards (8)

Dameon Pierce

Less Than 25.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (8)

Note: Both of my Underdog picks are for the Texans, and you have to have players from multiple teams for your picks on Underdog. Fortunately, they're offering Anthony Richardson 0.5 total yards for the Colts' game against the Bears later today, so I'll be using that.

Pierce should start this game, but I'm not expected him to play more than a couple drives. The Texans may also be more pass-heavy when the starters are in so they can get C.J. Stroud some much-needed reps.

I'm projecting Pierce for closer to 18.5 rushing and receiving yards today.

Pick: Dameon Pierce Less Than 25.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (8)

Gerrid Doaks

More Than 23.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (8)

With Pierce on a short leash and Devin Singletary and Dare Ogunbowale likely set for Week 1 roles, we could see Doaks get most of the Texans' second-half work out of the backfield (newly signed Larry Rountree could mix in).

Doaks has a ton of upside today and will be fighting for a roster spot while facing the team that drafted him. His motivation should be off the charts here.

I'm projecting Doaks for closer to 30.5 rushing and receiving yards today.

Pick: Gerrid Doaks More Than 23.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (8)
