Titans vs. Steelers
While I like what I saw out of Will Levis in his first outing, the Titans are likely going to be a little careful with him for a bit.
Head coach Mike Vrabel doesn’t seem like a huge fan of the rookie quarterback, given the fact that Levis was not given the outright start and split work with Malik Willis. Also, Tennessee is likely going to stick to a run-heavy script on a short week with Levis making his second career appearance.
The Steelers defense hasn’t looked as stout as it did last season, but it's still more of a run funnel that I expect the Titans to try to manipulate. Despite playing out of his mind, Levis only had 238 passing yards against Atlanta and I'm not expecting the same efficiency on a short week. Factor in the cold weather and a little bit of wind and that just strengthens the case for the under on Levis.
I would hit this line all the way down to 190.5.

Titans vs. Steelers
If you play fantasy football, you know Okonkwo has disappointed considering his middle-round price tag. With that said, he’s made at least three receptions in five of his seven games this season. Over the last three weeks, Okonkwo has gotten 19 targets as his involvement in the offense seemingly increases after a slow start.
The Titans' coaching staff will not want to expose Will Levis to the pass rush of the Steelers, which ranks sixth in adjusted sack rate. That means it's fair to expect a game plan that will help Levis get the ball out of his right hand quickly.
Okonkwo was second on the team in Week 8 in route participation, running a route on 75% of Levis' dropbacks. The yardage hasn't been there for the young tight end, but the usage is. I expect him to clear this number more often than not.
Titans vs. Steelers
Can't you just feel your body aching from all the hits in this game already? This is a classic, ugly Thursday Night Football game featuring a rookie quarterback making his first start on the road and a second-year quarterback who’s dealing with a rib injury.
Both offenses rank 20th or worse in DVOA. Matt Canada's offense stinks. The Titans are great against the run, not so great against the pass – but can an ailing Kenny Pickett take advantage?
Will Levis threw four touchdowns against the Falcons at home with a bye week to prepare, but Pittsburgh's defense on the road with short prep is another animal. Levis also struggled in late-down passing situations and wasn't as good as his numbers looked. He gets happy feet under pressure and he could see a lot of it with a bad offensive line that’s facing a great Steelers pass rush.
By now, you know to expect low-scoring games on Thursday nights.
- Primetime unders are 61% over the last four years and 72% so far this season.
- Thursday unders at 40 or below are 17–4 (81%) since 2010.
- Unders at 37 or below are 21-6-1 (78%) over the last four calendar years.
- These teams are a combined 11-3 to the unders so far this season.
Looks like another ugly Thursday night. Grab the under.
