For the first leg of our SGP for Tuesday night’s matchup, I favor backing Boston to prevail over the first five innings of the game (F5 -0.5).
In his first 13 starts for the Red Sox, Gray has been phenomenal, posting an impressive 3.12 ERA and an extremely efficient 1.18 WHIP.
While Gray has had a very up-and-down last few seasons, often struggling to find any form of consistency on the bump, the righty veteran has finally found stable form on the mound over his first season in Boston thus far.

Despite Abreu's notorious struggles against left-handed pitching for the majority of his career in the Big Leagues, the Red Sox lefty slugger has made massive strides against lefties in 2026, with the 26-year-old boasting an exceptional .383 batting average (AVG), which is far better than his splits versus right-handed pitchers.
The Rockies youngster favors throwing his four-seam fastball over any other pitch in his arsenal, which is a pitch that Wilyer has dominated for the entirety of his career thus far.
Abreu consistently generates an extremely high fly-ball and hard-hit rate with a pull-heavy swing that has neutralized southball fastballs in 2026.
