Blue Jays vs Orioles
This isn't a great spot, but these odds are far too high.
While Orioles starter Chris Bassitt is much better at suppressing power to righties than lefties and the ballpark is a downgrade for Kazuma Okamoto, these odds more than make up for it.
I have the true odds around +500 for the Blue Jays third baseman, making this a great bet.
Pick: Kazuma Okamoto Home Run
Cubs vs Pirates
This is a great spot for Pirates CF Oneil Cruz against Cubs starter Colin Rea, who is a plus matchup for lefty power.
Rea owned a 1.62 HR/9 against lefties last season and holds a 1.47 HR/9 in his career.
The weather should be a plus for hitting, with wind blowing out at 10 mph, and I have the true odds here around +400.
Pick: Oneil Cruz Home Run
Cubs vs Pirates
Another Pittsburgh left-handed hitter, Brandon Lowe, has been hammering the ball this season, with 14 home runs, and Colin Rea is a plus matchup for lefty power.
While the Cubs right-hander has suppressed lefty power this season, there is no reason to think that will continue.
As mentioned, the weather should be a plus for hitting, and I have the true odds here for the Pirates 2B around +400.
Pick: Brandon Lowe Home Run
Astros vs Rangers
Yordan Alvarez has been on an unreal tear recently, and I'm rolling with him again tonight.
Rangers SP Nathan Eovaldi has been hit hard by lefties this season, allowing a high 1.96 HR/9.
This ballpark is a downgrade for the Astros DH, but the way Alvarez has been hitting the ball, I don't think it matters.
I have the true odds here around +270, making this an excellent bet.
