Payton Tolle and Cam Schlittler faced off in Boston a couple of weeks ago as the Red Sox and Yankees renewed their rivalry. They are both lined up to get the ball again tonight and be part of my props.
However, we will begin in Miami, where Otto Lopez will look to stay hot against the Phillies.

Phillies vs Marlins Player Props
The Phillies have won two of the first three games in this series, but Otto Lopez has loved having them in town this weekend. In the first three games of the series, he has seven hits. In the process, he has extended his hitting streak to six games while recording a hit in 18 of his last 20 games.
He ranks third in the MLB with a .341 batting average and has at least two hits in four of his last five games. He is +180 for two hits today and may get them both against Aaron Nola. Lopez is for 4-for-6 with two doubles in his career against Nola.
Lopez also has 13 extra-base hits on the year, three of which have come in his last five games, with three doubles. He has recorded two total bases in five of his last six games.
Whether it is with two singles or a third double off Nola, I like that trend to continue tonight.

Red Sox vs Tigers Player Props
After making seven appearances and three starts last season, Payton Tolle has gotten an early taste of the AL East. He dazzled with 11 strikeouts in his first start against the rival Yankees.
He had just four in 4 and 2/3 innings last time out against the Blue Jays, but they are generally more difficult to strike out. Tolle gets a better matchup today when the Red Sox head to Detroit.
Four of the last seven starters that the Tigers have faced have gotten five strikeouts. That includes left-hander Martin Perez, last week. The Tigers are fourth in strikeout rate against left-handed pitchers over the last month.
The Tigers have proven difficult to beat at home, posting a 12-3 record at Comerica Park. However, we only need Tolle to record the Ks, which Jack Leiter did yesterday. With 10 strikeouts last night, Leiter nearly doubled his line of 5.5 strikeouts, but the Tigers still won 7-1.

If Tolle can match his performance against the Yankees or what Leiter did last night, his ladder has some value with FanDuel offering up to eight strikeouts at +630.

Orioles vs Yankees Player Props
The Yankees have won 13 of their last 15 games and are going for a four-game sweep of the Orioles. They have to like their chances with Schlittler getting the ball today. In his first seven starts this season, Cam Schlittler is 4-1 with a 1.51 ERA and 1.7 WAR.
He has recorded at least five strikeouts in every start and has 49 punchouts in 41 and 2/3 innings. It helps that he has worked five innings in each of his seven starts and pitched into the sixth inning in four of them.
If he pitches five innings again tonight, he will qualify for a win, and that should be enough time for the Yankees to get him run support.
The Yankees have scored seven runs in every game this series, as well as at least three runs in 16 of their past 17 games.
They are familiar with Shane Baz from his time with the Rays. He allowed 11 runs in two starts against the Yankees last season. Even three runs may be enough, considering Schlittler allowed just one run in 12 and 1/3 against the Orioles last season.
With the Yankees priced in the -200s on the moneyline, backing Schlittler directly offers more value.
