New York Knicks vs Washington Wizards Preview
The Wizards are a fast-paced team, top-10 in the NBA in pace and closer to top-7 for most of the season.
On the other side, the Knicks have a very efficient offense and are not playing great defense right now.
Mitchell Robinson has already been ruled out, which means less rim protection for New York.
That sets up a game where both teams can go a little smaller, with bigs who space the floor, especially with matchups involving Karl-Anthony Towns and Alex Sarr.
This feels like a game with a lot of ball movement, high three-point volume, and plenty of scoring opportunities.

I’m going with the Knicks and Wizards Over 227.5. I think this is a clear Over spot, and I make this total closer to 230.
There’s been a somewhat depressed totals market over the last few weeks, and I want to spend more time digging into foul rates and and-one rates, because just watching the games subjectively, it feels like fewer whistles have been called.
Still, games with longer spreads have been better spots to back Overs lately, and they’ve continued to cash when the market agrees.
We’re already seeing that agreement here.
