The Warriors are 5-points favorites over the Heat on the spread (Warriors -5), with the over/under set at 218 total points. Golden State is a -205 favorite to win outright, while Miami is +170 to pull off the upset.

While I'm not interested in the spread, Golden State should cover.
Over/Under
I'm not betting the total. It's 218, and there's an easy path to an under if this feels like a true, embittered, heated, playoff-like atmosphere. Maybe it will, maybe it won't, it's difficult to project.

Warriors vs. Heat Preview
The Warriors are 16-3 since acquiring Butler and have covered 11 of those games. Miami, which just snapped a 10-game losing streak, is 5-17 since the deal, but has covered in 10, including in each of its past three.
Miami plays hard, it just can't close. It's that simple. Stephen Curry is questionable, but does have props listed on sportsbooks. For the season, the Warriors are top five in fourth quarter margin while the Heat are bottom three.
Duncan Robinson, who started last game, is questionable for Miami.
I think the Warriors can cover, but this is a much much much more interesting game to live bet. I want to get a true feel for the game in the first quarter. I'll be looking at how aggressive each side comes out, and I'll be looking to fade the Heat if they lead late, especially after halftime.
Warriors vs. Heat Prediction
It's very difficult for me to walk out of here without a Jimmy Butler ticket. The over/under for points is at 218 and that could get bet up. The spread is very doable for the Warriors, but unreliable to back for me personally.
I think two things will happen: Butler will get his and Golden State will win.
The Warriors are miles better in the fourth quarter and, even without Curry, there's an easy path for Miami to blow this.
