The Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament heats up on Wednesday as the No. 5 seed Florida Gulf Coast Eagles take on the No. 12 seed North Alabama Lions.

Tip-off is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. ET at UNF Arena in Jacksonville, Fla., with the game streaming live on ESPN+.

FGCU (14-17, 8-10 ASUN) enters the postseason with defensive momentum, led by ASUN Defensive Player of the Year Isaiah Malone, who anchored the league with 60 blocks.

Offensively, the Eagles rely on second-team All-ASUN selection J.R. Konieczny, who averaged 15.6 points per game during the regular season.

FGCU already holds a victory over the Lions this year, having secured a 72-55 win back in January.

The Lions enter as 7.5-point underdog according to updated North Alabama vs Florida Gulf Coast Odds, but look to reset after a challenging regular-season finish.

North Alabama will lean on sophomore Kevin de Kovachich and freshman Braylon Patton to spark an upset.

The winner of this matchup moves on to face No. 4 Lipscomb in the quarterfinals on Friday.
