The No. 23 BYU Cougars (4-0, 1-0 Big 12) host the West Virginia Mountaineers (2-3, 0-2) in Provo, Utah, on Friday, Oct. 3. Kickoff is set for 10:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.

The Cougars come into this game as 19.5-point favorites, while the over/under sits at 46.5.

I came through with a 2-leg parlay for Friday night's Big 12 matchup, including a pick on the ove/ under and a player prop for the home team.

Let's take a look at the BYU vs. West Virginia odds and my college football picks for NCAAF Week 6 on Friday, October 3.

Over/Under Pick: Under 46.5

The pace of this contest will favor the under.

West Virginia has struggled on the offensive end in its last two games. The Mountaineers have been held to 24 points over their last eight quarters and now match up against a strong BYU defense.

The Cougars' pace will bode well for the under, as they are a true run-first team.

I expect BYU to dominate the run game and control time of possession tonight, so I'll take the full-game under in Friday night's Big 12 showdown.

BYU Player Prop Pick: LJ Martin Anytime TD

The lead back for the Cougars was held out of the end zone in the team's 24-21 win over Colorado on Saturday, but I expect Martin to find his way into the end zone in this matchup tonight.

As mentioned, BYU will lean on its rushing game and Martin could earn 20-plus attempts.,

The El Paso, Texas, native leads the team with 55 attempts and 400 yards.

With the Cougars coming into the game as 19.5-point favorites, Martin should get plenty of carries as they attempt to run out the clock with a positive game script.

Give me the under and a Martin touchdown on Friday night.
