This will be a cool send off for Morton. He’s expected to open this game before heading into retirement. This isn’t a bullpen game, as Chris Sale following Morton. It should be a normal workload for Sale. I’m expecting just 1 inning for Morton, with a big ovation after he gets 3 outs. That doesn’t give him much wiggle room to reach 2 Ks. Pittsburgh has some decent contact hitters at the top of the lineup outside of Oneil Cruz.
