The wind was blowing out at Wrigley Field for the past couple of days, but today it's blowing in, and it's also going to be 54 degrees. Should be a very run-suppressing environment there.
Even though Andrew Abbott will be on the mound for Cincinnati, and considering he's capable of walking anybody and imploding the under without the weather impacting anything, I do make this total about 7.5.
