Today was going to be a day off of sports betting for me (important to take breaks once in a while and let your mind recalibrate, whether you are hot or cold). But then I saw the Cavs listed as 2.5 point dogs against an Orlando Magic team in soul search mode and one that is still less than 100%, and I had to jump back into the pool. Suggs is back but he’s likely going to be on a strict limit, Franz is out, and Paolo is slumping hard right now. I know the Cavs are on a B2B and that’s why the books are offering a discount on them. Rest disadvantage with the chance of a squirrelly injury report. I may hop back in on the other side in a live betting scenario if I see signs of life from the Magic. But if their issues remain uncorrected, this line is simply egregious.
