Thunder vs. Spurs
By Joe Dellera
The Spurs face off against the Thunder tonight, in what has become a mini-rivalry between these two teams.
As good as Oklahoma City is, one of the Thunder's weak points is they allow spot-up shooters to have success against them.
Much of this is because they have excellent defenders at the point of attack, and the opposing teams' primary ball-handlers are generally forced into a little bit more of a distributing role as opposed to a scoring one.
While Devin Vassell can create for himself a bit, his primary strength revolves around his sharp shooting.
He has been solid in this matchup as well, going over this line in 2-of-3 games against the Thunder this season, and in five straight prior to his last miss against them.
Considering Oklahoma City is on a back-to-back as well, the Thunder may sit a player or two, which could help open things up.
Couple this with the fact that Vassell seems to be playing without any type of minute restriction at this point in his fifth came back from injury, and this sets up as a nice spot for him.
Pick: Devin Vassell Over 12.5 Points (-110)

Grizzlies vs. Kings
By Kyle Murray
My NBA player prop projection model shows value on over 14.5 points for Ty Jerome tonight.
Jerome returned to the Grizzlies' lineup two games ago, and in those two games, he scored totals of 19 and 20 points — with both matchups coming against the Timberwolves.
Tonight, he draws a matchup against a Kings team that ranks 27th in points allowed per game and 28th in defensive rating.
My model projects a 64.5% win rate, which implies an expected 6.22% edge.
Meanwhile, Action PRO is projecting Jerome for 17.4 points in tonight's matchup, showing a huge 16.1% edge against the consensus line of 15.5.
Pick: Ty Jerome Over 14.5 Points (-125)

Cavaliers vs. Clippers
By Joe Dellera
With James Harden no longer in the mix for the Clippers after trading him to Cleveland for Darius Garland, I'm going to try to capitalize on the extra usage available for the taking in the immediate aftermath of his departure by targeting John Collins.
The Cavaliers are a big team with Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen down low, so teams generally play more bigs against them in order to adequately match up — and Collins is somebody that will likely see an uptick in playing time as a result of that in this spot.
Collins enters tonight already having scored 15+ points in four of his last five games, and I expect him and Kawhi to be the main beneficiaries of Harden's departure in this game.
Action PRO is projecting 16.1 points for Collins in this spot, good for a 4.4% edge, so grab it at 14.5 if you can. But I think the situational factors at play should be enough to send him over 15.5 points with relative ease against the Cavaliers tonight.
Pick: John Collins Over 15.5 Points (-115)
