Maxey averaged 6.7 assists in the 34 games he played with Embiid last season, compared to 5.5 assists in 32 games without him. Maxey had 3 assists on 10 potential assists in Philly's first game this year. The conversion rate should improve, but it would take a big night from his supporting cast for Maxey to get there on only 10 opportunities. Toronto was absolutely torched by Cleveland in their first game. They look like a dreadful defense. However, only 57% of the Cavs buckets were assisted on Wednesday. They were just beating the Raptors in isolation. Maxey could have a massive scoring night. I'm just not expecting much in terms of distribution.

Embiid is still out and Drummond was cruising against the Bucks in a tougher matchup with Lopez and Giannis on the interior. He recorded 13 rebounds in 25 minutes. Last season, when he played 20+ minutes, Drummond averaged 15.3 rebounds and exceeded this mark in 11/18 games. It's a pretty high line, but I'm a bit encouraged by the expected Pace. Maxey will keep the offense flowing for the Sixers and the Raptors played at the sixth-fastest Pace post ASB last season. I'll back Drummond to exceed 13.5 rebounds.

Easy pull here - he was cruising to 15+ rebounds before foul trouble and a blowout, but both of those chances should be much lessened against the Raptors. Raps should be an average to plus matchup for center boards this season (can play off Poeltl) - and I have Drummond matching the 15 rebound per 28 min pace we’ve seen from him the last few seasons.
