Opposing PG including Bub, Jrue, LaVine, Cade, Hart, and White all cleared their assists prop line so as long as Scoot sees 28+ minutes in this spot, I’m loving the upside of his playmaking. In the 167 sample size with Ayton + Simons off, Scoot sees a 29.91 AST% and will be passing to shooters in Shaedon, Jerami, and Camara with less overlap of Deni Avdija. And then there’s the matchup. Dyson Daniels should be the primary, and whenever he uses the pick and roll, Hawks will either send extra help or if he drives, will shrink in leaving the corners and three point opens. Compared to MIN who permits 7th fewest PPG (he played 3x), the Hawks play at a top-5 pace, allow the 3rd most PPG, and the 8th most assists as a team.
