I'm not seeing any sort of mins restriction on him, nor should he really have one. The biggest concern here is a blowout limits his mind, but this seems to all be baked in with such a low number. Collins has cleared this PA mark in his last 19 games and could easily clear this on points alone. Over his last 5 he's averaging 17.8 pts per game and 2.6 assists per game. OKC isn't a good matchup for pts or assists, but the key here is that OKC is missing their top two rim protectors. Chet remains out and Hartenstein is also out for this game. That should open scoring opportunities near the rim for Collins and company.
