P. Nacua ⬇️ 7.5 Receptions (-134 @ BetRivers) THE BLITZ 📽️: 6.34 Recs This is already giving my McConkey flashbacks 😂. This number is very high, with most books having moved down to 6.5. There is no doubt they will look to keep Nacua very involved. However, this is a really tough matchup. What's interesting about LAR is they love to move their WR's around the field. None of their starting WR's play less than 30% of their snaps in the slot. With that being said, PHI is equipped to handle him wherever he is. Nacua is coming off a 5-catch effort vs MIN, but had cleared this mark in 3 of 5 to finish the regular season. PHI is allowing the 11th fewest receptions per gamer to opposing WR's (11.5) and 3rd fewest receiving yards (129.5). They are also allowing the 6th lowest completion rate (62.2%) this season. PHI has elite outside corners, so they question comes down to how do they defend the slot? PHI is allowing the 8th fewest receiving yards per game to the slot (67.5) and 8th lowest completion rate (68%). What we also know about Philly is they love to play ball control with the run. If they grab an early lead, expect them to play possession and take minutes off the clock. Vice versa, LAR has also been willing to milk clock if they get a lead (see last week when Stafford only threw the ball 3-4 times in the 2nd half).

Best bet

Taking a little bit of a different approach here, little risky too since he won’t get too many carries but this is too low not to take. He’s hit this line in 7 of his last 10 games including when he had 22 yards against the Rams

D. Goedert ⬆️ 36.5 Rec Yards (-110 @ FanDuel) The projection don't like this play, but I do! We saw Goedert heavily involved last week, with 4 catches on 6 targets for 47 yards and a tuddy. Hurts just doesn't look comfortable to me and I think as a result, he's leaning on a safer target. Goedert finished the 2024 regular season with at least 3 receptions and 4 targets in his last 4 games. Receptions isn't a bad look either, but we know Goedert can break off a nice gain. The last time he faced this LAR team he only managed 19 receiving yards, but on 4 catches (5 targets). LAR will have to continue to focus on the outside WR's and the most potent RB in the game, Saquon. LAR is a nice matchup for Dallas too. They have allowed the 4th most receiving yards to opposing TE's per game this season (64.8 yards), 3rd most receptions (6.24) and 3rd most targets per game (8.35). Here are how TE's have done against LAR recently: TJ. Hockenson: 5 catches on 5 targets for 64 and a tuddy N. Fant: 5 on 6 for 63 and a tuddy T. McBride: 12 on 16 for 123 and a tuddy T. Conklin: 5 on 7 for 59 G. Kittle: 4 on 7 for 61 A lot ot like here for Goedert and the Eagles as they face an underrated Rams team at home.

Make it -7.5. LAR off of a strong motivational spot with the whole "see you in two weeks" bulletin board material. Poor travel spot across the country on a short week as they were the final WC game. MIN was a dead team walking - allowing 9 sacks is absurd. PHI best o-line in NFL, will control the clock and win big in the trenches. Eagles last 10 games at home when favorites of -7 or better: 9-1 ATS. Dome teams playing outdoors in the playoffs are 19-30-1 ATS (39%) last 20 years.
