Liberty vs. Fever Odds & Betting Predictions - July 19, 2026

Boston is questionable with a leg injury, but assuming she plays this is a tougher matchup than it might look. She's a beast on the glass and can clear 9+ rebounds on any given night, but there are a few reasons why I’m projecting her closer to 8.1 here. Boston does most of her damage on missed shots at the rim, but the Liberty provide the 2nd lowest rate of missed shots at the rim. They have the highest FG% on 2 point shots and elite from the FT line, averaging only about 3 missed free throws per game. They do provide a high rate of missed 3s, and while Boston still rebounds those at an elite rate, they're naturally more spread out and tougher for her to vacuum them all up. The sneaky angle here is the emergence of Makayla Timpson. She's been really solid on the glass and has started eating into Boston's rebound rate when they're on the floor together. Her presence also gives Indiana the luxury of stealing an extra minute or two of rest for Boston as she continues to play through this leg injury. Maybe I just typed all of this up for nothing because Boston ends up sitting...or she plays and grabs 9+ rebounds anyway (I will be the least shocked person on Earth if she does). But I trust my process, and I'm projecting her closer to 8.1 rebounds, making this closer to -140.
