🦌 Khris Middleton and the Bucks face off against the Pacers on New Years Eve and may be without Giannis (illness - Questionable) in this spot. I like this regardless of Giannis’ status, but him missing would only be a boost for Middleton’s Usage. Middleton has seen his minutes slowly increase this season and now is playing in the upper 20s for minutes. This is a significant boost to his opportunities on the floor. In his last four games he has seen his minutes climb and he’s exceeded this 17.5 line in all four of them with 26, 26, 26, and 25 PA. While those games were ones where Milwaukee was not whole, it does show his ability to not only handle increased minutes but increased Usage as he finds his rhythm this season. The Pacers have also been an incredible matchup for Middleton who has exceeded this line in 15 of his last 16 games against Indiana (the miss was the most recent game with 17 PA). Considering Middleton is now averaging 0.83 PA per minute and he is seeing upper 20s, he should be able to clear this 17.5 PA line on Tuesday night against this weak Pacers’ defense.
