The Cleveland Cavaliers face off against the Denver Nuggets for a Monday night showdown. The Cavaliers made a huge splash at the deadline when they acquired James Harden from the Los Angeles Clippers. I expect Harden to contribute with a sizable role in this offense. In Harden’s Cavaliers debut he dished out eight dimes and was able to take some of the table setting duties off of Donovan Mitchell’s plate. Harden should have success here against this Nuggets team who primarily relies on drop coverage, which is exploitable for his passing skill, especially with the opportunity to lob to Jarrett Allen. Even though he needs to get adjusted and acclimated to his new team in new role, Harden’s passing prowess is still immediately evident.
