Layering this with the Texans' moneyline to give upside in case they win outright. My two models are split on this one, and when you blend them together, they view this game as a pick 'em. The Browns are the better team -- but the Texans with Stroud have been much more efficient offensively, even than the Browns have been with Joe Flacco. The Browns' defense has also had some struggles on the road, relative to what they've done at home, which could hurt them here. I think it's fair to still have some skepticism around whether this run on offense is sustainable for the Browns, so I'm good betting on the Texans here and letting the good vibes ride.
