9 and 10 tackles in his two games so far, making him 7/9 on this line dating back to last season (excl the game he got hurt). This line is lower because of how few tackles PITT’s opponents have recorded in the first two games, but that’s a product of playing stout defenses and compounded last week by a ridiculously weird gamescript. I expect regression to the mean from a team that allowed 67.5 combined tackles per game last season - the second most. I’m ok with it to -160.

Raiders put up only 17 vs a Broncos D that can't stop a thing. PIT scored 14 points on D/ST last week and a 71-yard play. Not sustainable.

In his current role, Warren has 4 and 5 catches in his two games. Tomlin mentioned a 50/50 timeshare for Harris and Warren in the beginning of the season, and even if Najee still has outsnapped Warren, the receiving role has been split (and Warren has been far superior). I’m not expecting a bump in Warren’s snaps, but wouldn’t be shocked if we saw one. Regardless - this is a fantastic matchup. Raiders have allowed 17 catches to RBs to start the season, coming off a 2022 in which they allowed 5.9 RB catches per game (4th most).

Available at FanDuel. I was worried about receiver injuries for the Raiders, but it sounds like both Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers have a shot to play in this one. They'll be facing a tough defense, but Minkah Fitzpatrick left Monday night's game due to injury and would be a big loss. Additionally, the Raiders are willing to pound the rock, and the loss of Cam Heyward seemed to play a big role in Jerome Ford's big night on Monday. I was on the Raiders last week, and that didn't work out. But my model makes them 1.95-point favorites in this game at home. The crowd will skew Steeler-heavy, most likely, but it's a cross-country flight on a short week. I agree with the model in thinking the Raiders should be slight favorites here.
